When a seller searches Pick a Buyer, they see every buyer currently looking in their area — ranked 0–100 against their home, weighted by what each buyer said matters most.

When a seller's home matches what you said you want, they see a score. So do you, if they reach out.

When you add a wishlist, sellers can find you — but only in the way you've allowed. They see your match score against their home, whether your budget is in range, your timeframe, and the features you've tagged. They don't see your actual budget figures, your name, your contact details, or anything else you haven't deliberately shared.
If a seller messages you, you see their property — full address, photos, match breakdown. You don't see their asking price — only whether it's in range of your budget. Neither side ever sees the other's actual figures.
If it's not for you, do nothing. The seller never learns who you were.
If it is, reply. That's your first reveal — first names exchange. Everything else stays yours, on your timeline, when it makes sense.

When you and a seller agree on terms, the legal work goes to a conveyancer or solicitor — yours, or one we can point you to in your area.
The platform packages the agreed terms — price, deposit, settlement date, conditions — and hands them off to the conveyancer you nominate. From there, they review the contract, manage the path to settlement, and handle the parts of the transaction where you need a professional.
If you don't already have a conveyancer, we can suggest ones working in your area. We don't recommend a single firm. You choose.
