From wishlist to keys, here's the whole thing.
The part that's new

Suburbs, budget, beds and baths, the things you will not compromise on. Tag each one must-have, important, or nice-to-have.

Sellers search that list.
They see how their home scores against what you asked for, out of 100, weighted by what you said matters most.

One of them reaches out.
You see their property in full — address, photos, how it scored. They still do not see you.

You reply, or you don’t.
Nothing reaches you again unless you choose to answer.
Scores are an automated comparison of the criteria each buyer entered — not a recommendation or an assessment by Pick a Buyer.
The part that isn't
From here it's an ordinary purchase, handled the way it always is.

Non-binding — a negotiation tool, not a contract.

Your conveyancer takes it from there.
You nominate them. They handle the contract and the path to settlement.
If you choose a conveyancer we suggest, we may receive a referral fee. It does not change what you pay them.
Your privacy
They can see how well their home fits. They can't see who you are.
What a seller can see

- Your name
- Your email or phone
- Your actual budget figures
- Anything else you have not deliberately shared
If you reply, you choose what to share and when — first names only unless you say otherwise. We don't sell your data or run ads against your wishlist.
Price
Free for buyers. Not a tier, not a trial.
Buyers never pay us, and there's nothing to upgrade to. Sellers pay $49 a month for full platform access, which is what funds the platform. Use Pick a Buyer alongside your agent and any other property search — it doesn't replace either.
